Assateague Holiday House is a vacation rental built in 2024 to provide guests with a comfortable home base for exploring Assateague Island and the surrounding areas! Unobstructed views of beautiful Sinepuxent Bay with the stunning Assateague Island off in the distance are maximized on each of the three levels. The 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house comes fully equipped for a weekend or weeklong escape! There are enough beds to sleep 14 people! Outside of the house is a pickleball court, basketball hoop, firepit, and amazing views!  The area of South Point is incredibly quiet and is a perfect location for couples, family reunion, group retreats, and families!
